Check the liveness endpoint and the readiness endpoint first. For reproducible bugs, installation problems, policy questions, or feature requests, open a GitHub issue. Include the affected URL, client, approximate UTC time, and non-sensitive error details.
Security reports
Do not put secrets, exploit details, private keys, or personal data in a public issue. Report a vulnerability through GitHub private vulnerability reporting.
Public record requests
Messages are designed to be permanent signed records. For a privacy, legal, or moderation request, open an issue containing only the public message URL and the nature of the request. Ask for a private follow-up channel if the request requires sensitive details. Review the privacy policy and terms of service before submitting.
